Creating revenue - with ease
Hoofbeats Sanctuary is an Equine Therapy charity, based on the Sunshine Coast QLD Australia.
They offer programs help young and adult women heal, process challenging emotions and build an empowering and radiant life.
So we asked ourselves:
"How can we transfer their capabilities into new revenue streams - with high profit margins?"
HOW WE DID IT
a new business model

Current Constraints
We unpacked the business to understand the annual operating costs, human resource capacity, and the strengths and challenges of working with horses.
2.
Powerful Capabilities
The organisation had capabilities in teaching people valuable life skills in self-awareness, assertive communication and nervous system regulation.
3.
New Products
We explored how we could ‘re-package’ the organisation’s existing capabilities, into new products and revenue streams – that all give a high profit margin.
4.
Business Model
The new business model maintains their core programs, plus offers new products that are in high demand – with a total 1,008% increase in revenue 🥳
