In such a circumstance, You will be given reasonable notice of termination by Our Business where possible, and may be refunded any advance payments made for any sessions not yet provided.

This contract is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.

We respect your time and ask that our time is also valued. When you book a Business Consutlation with us, payment is due at the time of the booking. We understand things may come up, and if you tell us more than 24 hours before your session that you need to schedule, there is no fee. However, if it is 24 hours or less, the amount is non-refundable. We only allow 1 reschedule, per booking. When you cancel, you must reschedule and confirm the new date and time.
