The workplace in Australia is falling apart
Work Cover claims are rapidly increasing
In 2023-2024 Safe Work Australia recorded more than 17,600 serious Mental Health injuries caused by workplaces, with an average compensation of $67,400 per injury.
Over the 10 years from 2013 – 2023, serious claims for Mental health injuries experienced the largest change – with a 161.1% increase.
This is a growing problem.

Everyone knows that bullying, discrimination and harrassment are a no-go.
However, most managers don’t realise that Psychosocial Safety is also related to workload, control over one’s work, and conflict in the workplace.
